02/11 一切上軌道

今天是79梯役男的第四天，經過幹部與管幹悉心的督促下，役男們終於慢慢地步上軌道，像是集合與就位等等，都似乎可稱上是駕輕就熟，雖然還有一些些小瑕疵(先忘記今晚太放鬆~被二中隊長指導的事吧 :P)，但整體上已經讓管幹們覺得欣慰了，也希望接下來九天的年節，大家可以把握這機會與家人朋友多多相處，在下個禮拜天的下午五點前回到澄清湖，繼續將這個教育替代役的專業訓練完成呀!!!

而對管幹來說，今天也是讓大家大開眼界的一天，因為用心的幹部們，幫大家排定了兩堂關於未來輔導役男們心理層面的課程，來自三民高中的訓育主任與諮商師，不但利用互動的方式，讓管幹學習到說話的藝術，也藉由講師自身的經驗，提醒管幹未來將面對學校、役男、聯絡處三邊關係，即將擔任溝通、聆聽與協調之腳色的重要性；尤其是下午的課程，幽默又自信的諮商師，不斷挑戰管幹們傳統思維，透過一道道的問題，讓大家實際去思考到底未來該以何種心態去照顧整個役男身心方面的健康，也許相當抽象，課程也不是非常容易了解，但看看下面這張照片，管幹李俊甫、黃冠勳與講師的辯論，更讓課程更具有意義與互動，以我來說，我覺得這堂課將對我未來與他人溝通的方式，有個180度的大改變!!!!

畢竟今晚是放年假前的最後一晚，長官們利用這段時間介紹明早的3000m規則，還有專車的相關資訊，大家再撐一下吧!!!明天的這個時候大家就在自己溫暖的家啦!!!祝大家有個愉快又安全的年節假期!然後還能拿紅包的，財源滾滾!其他人就恭禧發財~事事順心啦!!!

The food is never enough / 食物永遠不夠

I believe all of the junior members who just left from Chengonglin(成功嶺) to Chengching Lake(澄清湖) will feel a huge difference of the FOOD!
That is because we got only 2 to 3 dishes in the Chengonglin but 10 meals in here!!!
I remembered that I got 3 more kilos just in two weeks!

Taiwanese students are used to say "no photo no fact! (沒圖沒真相)!"
How about this one!

Can we just start to move? We are really Starving!

Hey! Dear senior and junior members!
That is no need to worry about that!
Our greatest supervisor, Mr. Su, said that we can always ask for more food if we want!
So just don't feel shy to raise your ask!
Our best supervisors will try to make everyone get weights in this two weeks!

02/06 遊湖

那樣的一個早晨，月亮還調皮的掛在天空的另一邊，我們63梯的管理幹部和我們的大家長們，來了場尋根之旅...喔!不是~是一場找尋健康和兼具行前探勘的短暫冒險，為接下來即將到來的79梯替代役役男們，做更周詳的準備。

晚歸的月亮陪著我們流浪，我們悄悄的走過澄清湖，悄悄的把它的美，自私的收到自己的口袋和腦袋的第三個記憶體裡!那是屬於我們共同的秘密，共同的另一個回憶 :)

早起加上昨天三千公尺測驗，很累的管理幹部，可是我們不怕累!

區隊長曰:我是凶猛魚類，請勿拍打餵食(九曲橋)!

中隊長曰:還不快過橋!這群死管幹，我肚子餓想回餐廳喝豆漿阿!

澄清湖還有很多很美的地方，像是:富國島...這邊跟各位即將來報到的79梯的役男們賣個關子，這些都等著你們來納入自己的眼簾，鑽研課業固然重要，但也請不要忘記看看四周，這些被我們遺漏的美 :)

0206 澄清湖健走 Hiking by Cheng-Ching Lake

We waked up around 4:45 in the early morning.... It is because we had to walk by the Cheng-Ching Lake near our camp. Everyone still brought our sleeping mood and followed the direction of those supervisors to depart to walk!
Got to say, it is quite amazing that there are so many people have already come to the park to have some morning sports. Ha! But that is for sure, most of the are elders. No wonder our supervisors were so energetic comparing our tiring situation. Well! Generally speaking, it was many people's first time to visit the lake! For myself, it was an interesting experience to walk when I was still in a sleeping mode of my brain.

當幹部才知道幹部的累，替代役役男的行前準備及佈置，就花了我們這群管理幹部非常多的時間及精力，當然也感謝管理教官的指導有方，您們辛苦了!我們都有非常用心的去學習、去做，希望來這邊參與專業訓練的79梯替代役役男，除了能專心在課業的學習上，也能感受到我們的管理幹部的用心，有問題請大聲告訴我們，讓我們有替你們服務的機會。
